"Great communication and a fast, reasonably priced resolution to an urgent need for a new water heater. Everything lined up perfectly to take the job from initial quote to job done in well under eight hours."

"Dave picked up the new water heater at Home Depot and arrived on site with time to spare. The installation went smoothly. Once completed, Dave discussed the operation of my pressure reducer valve (PRV) which may need replacement in the future. We also took the opportunity to "chew the fat" and swap "war stories". I would definitely ask for Dave's assistance in the future. RHx"
