"Called Evans just before lunch and they were on site around 2:00 pm on the same day (12/31/07). Terry and Michael were very professional and courteous especially since the repair was in a fairly hard to reach location. They were thorough and did not leave until the leak was fixed and the sink was draining normally. "On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement.
