"Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

"Hired then late Nov 2024. Rushed to do the job, left a darn mess in the area. Left large air pockets and caused even more damage to my home's foundation. High pressure sales, terrible work. The warranty doesn't cover anything due to Foundation Recovery does NOT stand behind their work. I'm disgusted with their dishonesty from sales to repair and management. I will be hiring a structural specialist, contacting the Attorney General and filing a complaint with the BBB. Photos will be sent to both."

"Mac Wilson is the plumber you want to know. They have done both maintenance (main line clean outs) and repairs/replacement jobs for me and I have been thoroughly satisfied each time. "The first time I used Connelly Plumbing, their poor workmanship flooded my basement, and then they tried to charge me for having to send someone to fix their mess. The second time I used them, they sent an inexperienced plumber who told me he had to remove my toilet to clean out a clogged drain pipe. He got his snake stuck and had to call for backup. The more experience plumber immediately found the cleanout, which made the removal of my toilet completely unnecessary, and within minutes, got the snake unstuck. They then charged my $400 for the completely unnecessary toilet removal. Ovoid this company at all cost."
