They fixed the unit in ten minutes, and then spent the next forty minutes cleaning the unit and then spray painted the metal box to make it look new. They also added some type of wool shavings to make it look like real wood embers were glowing at the bottom of the gas logs. They cleaned up and left everything spotless.
