"We have the ASAP plan, so we get annual furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing inspections with our plan. Today we had the plumbing inspection. The man who came out was named Caesar. He was very nice (our dog approved of him!) and professional. He showed us with pictures that he had taken some potential problem areas and told us that our hot water heater is over the typical life of a water heater. He told us what could be done and gave us some estimates of both repair work and a new hot water heater. He did not try to sell us anything-said that if we decided to do any of this work in the next 30 days, to call and schedule it and there would be no additional service call charge. We would also get a discount because of the ASAP plan. I do not think that Anthony’s is the cheapest service, but I can say that after having had all kinds of work (furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing) done by them over the years, they are EXCELLENT and they really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy."

"Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."

"Darrell was incredibly prompt in responding to our request to diagnose an issue with our plumbing. He utilized a camera which uncovered that we had a collapse in our sewer line which would require a spot repair. The repair was performed the following day at a super reasonable price. I will definitely be using Darrellâ s services again."

"I needed a new water heater and also had a new kitchen sink and faucet and new bathroom sink and faucet. L.J. called and was able to get me on their schedule quickly. His team was prompt, professional, and personable! They did fantastic work! Replaced my water heater, sinks and faucets in the same visit and even corrected the plumbing for my kitchen sink and the venting for my water heater. They were totally transparent with pricing and there weren’t any curve balls. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be calling them for any future needs."

"They got the new hot water heater installed shortly after I requested it. Friendly & Efficient."

"We had Connelly Plumbing do an entire whole house replacement of our water lines because we had defective polybutylene piping. Brian did a great job, explained what he was doing, and minimized the necessary holes in ceilings and walls. The cost was very reasonable, compared to the other big-name plumbing companies. I would highly recommend them for piping repairs or replacements."

"I had the owner Jacob over to the house on more than one occasion. He changed out my blower motor on my central air. He fixed my hot water heater on 2 separate occasions. He did a service call on my outside unit got it all cleaned up and functioning properly. Jake has came to the rescue when I clipped my thermostat wire with my weed eater. He installed a complete unit top to bottom including new line sets and proper wiring at a rental house for my sister. I highly recommend this company."
