"I am absolutely in love with my windows and the services KC Siding and Windows provided. My house was built in the 70s and the windows were needing to be replaced badly. Chet was very helpful throughout the entire process. They explained the process in detail and answered every question I had. They communicated with me the entire process and once my windows came in, they installed them in under two days. The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even showed me multiple options for the trim and helped me choose the one that looked best for my house. Everyone was very punctual and tidy. Being that my house was built in 1970, the slate windows in my basement were difficult at times, but they always had a great attitude and explained what they were doing. They are amazing to work with, have a great work ethic, and really take care of their customers! I will be recommending KC Siding and Windows to everyone! You will not be disappointed!"

Their representative, Daniel Parker, came to my home and explained in detail, using his laptop to visually show me the process, what the the job entailed, the high quality materials to be used, and what I could expect during the process. He also presented me with a very professional hard copy package outlining this information. Daniel was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional,. He was, and is, extremely customer focused. He told me more than once that his job, and Christian Brothers goal, was to ensure that my new roof was of high quality and installed correctly in a timely and professional manner, that my satisfaction was his #1 priority. Daniel's quote was very competitive, right in line with two others I had obtained, and in fact significantly lower than one of the two. The job was started earlier than originally scheduled and completed on time quickly as planned. The crew that did the job was very friendly, very courteous, very professional, and extremely hard-working. They cleaned up all the old material from the roof and no damage was done to anything around the house. Daniel kept me apprised of his crew's progress during the installation process, even providing me with pictures of certain areas of the roof he felt I should see. He followed up with me promptly right after the new roof was installed to address any concerns I might have and asking for any feedback I might offer. I told him that he and his crew did a great job; that I only noticed a couple very small minor items; none of which was the fault of his crew. One had to do with a few small black marks on the upstairs window frame, and the other had to do with a small area of wood rot at the bottom of the vertical wooden frame around the window itself. Neither of these were the fault of Daniel's crew, but he promptly came over and corrected them anyway. Now that is what I call high quality customer service! The new gutters are not yet installed but are scheduled for early December. Daniel Parker is a definite asset to Christian Brothers Roofing and an outstanding representative for them. I am very happy with the job Christian Brothers Roofing did; they are great at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof."
