"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Scheduling was a nightmare.  The first scheduled appointment was a 'no show' and when I called they indicated their was a mistake with a new person on the scheduling.  In attempting to reschedule, they had to work within the schedule that they would have a truck available in my area.  
We rescheduled and they called and cancelled due to a truck break-down.

The two guys they sent were professional and thorough but provided misinformation.  They took a picture of the flashing on my chimney and told me that they didn't touch it because of the rust but felt the entire cap needed to be replaced.  I checked into that and it was going to be almost $1,000.00 to install a new one.  I got a second and third opinion and the cap did not need replacing, it simply needed to be sealed and painted.  It cost me $50 to get the repair completed.
