"I am a widow and a little ignorant on some home repairs. My house was built in the late 1950's or 60's. The outside is half brick and siding. I was watering my lawn one evening when I noticed that a portion of my brick wall was wet leaving a small puddle of water on the ground ( my bathroom shower is on the other side). I panicked. The leaks were located between the walls of the shower so he did have to make a hole in the wall to repair 2 leaks . I had my bathroom remodeled about 3 years ago so that was one of my main concerns. He installed a larged decorative cover plate to cover the hole and my shower looks like new again. He did do a beautiful job. I am very satisfied with the work done. I also had my outside faucets leaking and those were replaced. My water pressure was too high and that was taken care of also. I would recommend Medina"s Best Plumbing ."

"I contacted Mr. Nabors about the drywall repair thru Angies List. He responded, came to our home and looked at the work, which consisted of repairing 3  small areas where walls had been cut open to repair plumbing. Later he called and said he had a drywall man available, and priced the job. The bid was a little higher than I expected but included the drywall repair as well as replacing the necessary trim, and since we were really tired of looking at the holes in the walls, I told John to do the job.
  Mr. Nabors had a sub-contractor come to our home and begin the work. He did the repairs over 2 days due to the time required for the drywall compound to cure. When he finished on the second day, he told me that Mr. Nabors wanted a check immediately. I was tied up with an appliance delivery, so I took a quick look at the repairs that had been done and wrote a check.. The sub contractor called a couple of days later and asked if we were satisfied with the work. I told him that he had used the wrong "foot" trim in a bathroom, and he said he'd be glad to come back and replace it. We weren't able to set a time when we were both available, so finally I bought the trim and replaced it myself.
  My wife and I also learned the hard way that when a contractor sprays on drywall texture without using tape or plastic sheeting, that there is a lot of cleanup to be done, which apparently was not part of the job Mr. Nabors bid. We spent a good amount of time cleaning drywall patching compound off of our our custom coated garage floor.  Most of the food items in the pantry also required wiping down since they had a fine coat of compound from the spraying process.
  Looking back, if I take into consideration the cleanup time and trim replacement that we did that should have been part of the job, I'd have to say I paid too much for this job.

* Fresh coat of "Bonjour Beige" Interior paint throughout 1200 sq ft house with exception of one bedroom.
* Hall Bathroom need to be gutted of existing mirrors, sink, vanity, sheet-rock, light fixtures and faucets and replaced with new ones.
* Track down missing tiles for floor and replace them with new ones.
* Install new dishwasher that will be delivered. 
* Replace back splash behind stove.
* Replace kitchen counter-tops, sink and faucet."
