"I found him hard to work with (e.g. doesn't listen, pushy about doing it his way.) I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."

"They were supposed to come within a month and they came in two and a half months. When I try to reach them a couple of times to change the color, I couldn't reach them. By the time I finally got hold of them, they already got the materials. I just went ahead. I spoke to the owner of the company, I was hoping because of the almost one and a half delay, I was hoping that he can reduce the amount but he did not do anything about it, any product or any incentive to make me feel better. The price is okay. I would not use them again because of what they did."

"Wanted to wait to see how things settled/ weathered, prior to writing a review.   They were very nice and professional, cleaned the edges of the driveway, and put a thin layer of sealant on.  Looked great at first, but over time (six months ) wore down  .... maybe it needs to be an annual thing, or they should put two coats on.

"They were very responsive, and came within budget. There was a lot of different projects that they worked on. We had a little difficulty with them completing a small project. The window blinds were purchased by us, and they were to install them. However, there was a series of problems with the blinds that were not of their doing. At the end of the day, we didn't feel like the blinds were installed properly. Overall, there were many positives to working with them. They solved the sewer problem very quickly. They're very attentive to their customers and measure themselves against a well laid out plan. They were highly responsive to our particular timing needs prior to selling the home."
