"Two days ago, we had eight windows installed in our home by Guardian Windows. Words cannot express how impressed we are with the windows and more importantly the installation. We were pleased to have such highly skilled and experienced installers. Myself, I am an engineer by occupation, so I was more than just interested in the installation process. With eight large openings in my house, I was concerned not so much with the appearance but what cannot be seen. I was interested specifically in how the installation would address water, air leakage, and the impact to my interior trim. All my questions were not only addressed but they exceeded my expectations. During the installation the Guardian installers found numerous problems with my home. For every window the builder failed to properly attach the interior and exterior trim. Most of the builder window openings were not sealed properly and in several cases the builder windows were not securely nailed. The Guardian installers pointed out each of these problems and then explained how they would make the proper corrections. During the installation furniture in each room was moved as needed. Drop cloths with floor protection and plastic were used extensively throughout. After completing the work in each room, everything was returned as found and the room was vacuumed for added measure. Afterwards we found our home relatively dust free. To be clear there was some dust but considering all the work performed it was easily addressed. After the installation was completed, we were amazed by the fit and finish at each window. The measurement of the installation was so precise that no tile repair, painting, or drywall work was needed. We are so pleased with these eight windows that we immediately arranged for Guardian to have the remaining six windows in our home to be replaced. In closing, while these new windows look amazing, please consider what you don’t see. "I wanted to make my house more secure, so I decided to replace my French doors with a sliding glass patio door. I compared three companies, of which Window Pros of Texas was the best choice. None of them were able to get the door installed quickly, due to shortages caused by factory Covid-19 lockdowns, however Window Pros was able to do the installation in six weeks, while the other companies needed 12-14 weeks. As far as price, Window Pros was in the middle. I wanted to know more about the doors they used, so I googled the brand doors, and found that the lowest bidder’s doors had lots of bad reviews, whereas Window Pros’ NT Doors got excellent reviews, and comes with a lifetime warranty, plus Window Pros offers a lifetime warranty on labor! I think Bill may have taken a little more time with the installation than someone else might, but he was a perfectionist, extremely detail-oriented, and did a wonderful job. "We went to the Accent showroom and selected the style and finish we wanted. They had a large selection of options and were very helpful in assisting us in our decision. Pricing was not the cheapest in town but we felt it was very competitive given the location, quality, service level, warranty, etc. We placed our order with a 50% down deposit. A few days later, one of the Accent staff came to our house and measured the five windows we were having done, plus numerous others in the house we thought we might do in the future. Five weeks later, the shutters were delivered and installed. They are beautiful! We had a couple of finish flaws in two of the louvres and Accent was very apologetic and addressed the issue immediately by ordering replacement louvres. There were a couple of hiccups in the replacement of the louvres which took longer than expected but these got resolved to our satisfaction. From beginning to end, Accent staff provided excellent and professional service. We will use them again for our next shutter order and highly recommend them to others."

"We had an excellent experience with Renaissance Windows, from start to finish. We replaced all the windows in the house with Marvin Infinity Fiberglass double hung high efficiency windows. The visit with the sales rep, Tom, was informative, low key, and not pushy. He worked up several different packages for us over a couple weeks as we thought through the project. We had Gulf Coast Windows out just before Renaissance, and it was a high pressure sales job with a 'today only' price, which was still higher than Renaissance price for similar windows. We had planned to call another company or two for comparison, but after the positive experience with Tom and the competitive price for similar windows, we decided to go with Renaissance. The installation was amazing. We've had a lot of construction done in past few years, and we always had to watch and oversee the work closely. We quickly discovered that we didn’t have to do that with Renaissance. Philip (and his apprentice Tim) installed the windows. Philip is a true artisan and it shows. He is meticulous, for example, he found a slight dimension issue in one of the windows from the factory and pointed it out to us (we might not have noticed it). Renaissance had another window made to replace it."

"I called Reliant Glass to get an estimate for fixing a broken window. Not only did I get an estimate (which was exactly the price I was charged) but they were able to come out the same day! I was told that someone would be out after 3:00, but I would receive a call first. I didn't receive the call, but they did show up at about 3:30. The workers were professional and efficient and were done in about a half hour or so."

"He did an excellent job! These were hard to reach due to the difficulty in placing a ladder in this location. It was also difficult because the windows are over 50 years old and have vinyl snap-in glazing. He tackled it with a great attitude and replaced the broken panes. In addition, he came to make the repair within 2 hours after I called. The company also offered the most competitive pricing of the 3 that were contacted. I was very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them."
