The man who came here to work on the windows were three of them. It took them about seven hours to install all three windows and the patio doors it was so quick I was stunned. They even vacuumed and took all the old windows away. You wouldn’t even know they were here because unlike other contractors I’ve hired and I’ve hired many because I just moved into a new home they left my house spotless. I will absolutely use them again if I need to for another window I have for anything else they do. I highly recommend them I met with four other window manufacturers and they were so overpriced and aggressive in trying to make the sale. Men With tools where the total opposite. Again if you want to professionalism, courteous, a lifetime warranty, and the job done quickly and efficiently absolutely hire this company. I can go on anon but I’ll stop but I was so impressed with this company and I highly recommend them to you and I tell you you won’t be disappointed. The day after my windows were done Joanne the salesman who came here called me to ask me how everything went even gave me his cell phone number to let me know if I ever need something done with the windows or patio doors to call him because his lifetime warranty. You don’t get service like this anymore these days it was great that this company is old school and actually cares about the customers and doesn’t try to sell you the most expensive items they have to make a buck."

"I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. "The owner came and measured and advised. I didn't feel like he wanted to sell me something I didn't need. He showed me what was available and what He thought might be the best option for us. Maria was very kind and worked with me to get all the information they needed. They were very punctual when they came to install. Everything looked great. The windows are perfect. They open and close with ease and keep out a lot of noise. Our house was much warmer this winter and the heating bill was less, we noticed, than last year. The door had a problem, but when my husband called about it, they quickly, promptly and apologetically fixed the problem, and now it is perfect.
