"Called Steveâ  s Plumbing just to get a diagnoses and found out that the heater was in bad shape (14 years old) and needed to be replaced. Was surprised to see what came out when it was flushed. Technicians, Robert Gracie Jr. and Zachary Yamaguchi came out and the job was done the same day, unbelievable!! They did a fantastic job, knowledgeable, and courteous. Price of the Solar Water Heater is very expensive. I have gone with this company before for my central Air and was content with the job. I was told that I was going with the wrong company when I showed a picture of their truck because they were ripoffs. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this job and highly recommend them. Pictures of technicians before they come out to your house is a big plus!! Thank you Steveâ  s Plumbing & AC"

"The plumber who came was fine, he got the shower working again and even gave us useful advice for the future. We would work with him again. The person who called to set up the appointment was not honest and was unrealistic about how many plumbers were available and their schedules. We made an appointment, rearranged our schedules to be home. Waited 3+ hours. I called the company to ask what happened and a different person gave me honest and accurate information. The work ended up getting done the next day, which would have been fine to begin with if the 1st person had been honest in the first place. Tldr: plumber A-OK. communication prior: C-"
