"Excellent in responding to my request for quotes and working with me. I had two large buildings that needed re-roofing and he gave me the best price. I sent out over 8 requests and 5 responded and of the 5, only 3 gave me a quote. The  roofs were all completed on time as promised. No issues with city inspectors as they all passed the first time. They prefer complete re-roofing. They do not like layering over existing, otherwise you will have to hire an engineer to examine your roof to ensure structural integrity. Matt was able to refer me to such an engineer but as there are no guarantees, so I decided to spend the money and do a complete re-roof and ensure everything is fixed, so I don't have to worry about any leaks for the next 30+ years. I would highly recommend Prime Management and definitely use them again."
