"We have hired Premier Garage for our last two homes in Zionsville. Their pricing was the best of the quotes we received, and the work was done well and on time. Jon was great to work with on the sales end, and the install team did a nice job. The installer even recommended changing the paint chip color on the day of the install because he thought that the color scheme may clash a bit. "North side Garage Door was at my house Friday afternoon and installed a new garage door. I watched it happen, not to insure a good job, but because I wanted to see how it is done. I did not need to worry about a job well done. I'm sorry I don't remember the two men's names. Please understand that I witnessed excellent work and work attitudes. The knowledge and skill of the man in charge( his name is Gene?)is clearly complete from his phone call before he arrived to fixing a very small bump at the finish of the job. The man working with him is getting excellent training and high expectations. These expectations, Gene clearly expects from himself. The attention to careful work and detail is impressive. This has been a good experience from my first phone call to them , to the finished job. We contacted three other door firms before deciding on this firm. "He did a great job. He said it was a small issue and could fix it very quickly which he did. He checked the springs, bolts, etc. and offered to also do a complete maintenance service including what he came out for and would charge $100 then gave me the Angie's List discount. He oiled, adjusted chain, checked and tightened all garage door bolts, checked and lubed the rollers and checked springs, etc. THEN he did all that to my 2nd garage door too! All the while he was very pleasant to talk with. I recommended him to a friend of mine. He drove quite a distance and came after hours as this was an 'emergency'. The repair took very little time and he told my friend that he would not charge him for the repair because of that. Even though my friend insisted on paying something, he still declined to accept payment. Incredible in this day and age."

"My first project with Chris and Johnson and Johnson was to help support and fix a detached garage with a hipped roof with bowing the walls. I originally found him and his company on Angie's List and called for a quote. Chris was responsive for the initial call and was able to meet me at my house within the next few days. Throughout the initial consultation, it was clear to me that Chris knew what he was talking about and had a good deal of experience in the industry. He was able to explain things to me thoroughly and made me feel confident in his suggested repair. His team ended up building out an entirely new support system around the interior of the exterior walls of the garage followed by stringing airline cables in both directions to pull the walls back to square. They added an additional laminate beam lengthwise across the garage and installed a center support to ensure the stability of the garage. Overall, the quality of the work was very good, the price was fair, and based on the great experience with Chris and company I ended up hiring them to complete multiple projects throughout the house that I will review separately. An additional note about the quality of workmanship: I recently sold the home where the work was performed. As part of the inspection process the buyers asked for additional documentation about the work that was completed on the garage. Chris was happy to provide a thorough write-up that I was able to provide to the buyers and offered to speak with them further if they had any additional questions. He and his team went above and beyond throughout the many projects on my home."
