"The problem is that I never received the estimate. He emailed me to follow up. I emailed him back and said I never received it and if he could please resend it. I never heard back from him again. I went with someone else instead. He seemed like a very nice guy. He seemed to know what he was talking about. It is hard to move ahead if I don't know how much it is going to cost."
