Went above and beyond from a service standpoint and was right on time even working into a weekend to hit his committed deadline. Only hope is that I have another project to work with him on."

"The job went according to plan and looks amazing. I met with LR Higgins Inc. late winter and we discussed the job I needed done. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. He updated me on a regular basis to let me know when he thought the product would be delivered and a start date. His crew was informative and very clean. All debris was picked up and swept up. I have used LR Higgins in the past and I keep gong back to them. They do a FANTASTIC job!"

"We were told that the estimate and line of credit would be adjusted once the Renewal by Andersen contractor reviewed the project to see if we needed to hire our own contractor to fix potential structural issues. We were approved for a 40k line of credit & were told that we could use this for future projects. We did have to hire another crew on our own to fix the walls and build out the window openings, costing ~30k. There was almost nothing the Andersen crew had to do. In fact, it took them less than a day to install 14 windows. They just left the trim in a pile and told us we'd have to do it after our drywall was up. Windows that were trimmed didn't fit. Fixing the trim was another 3k out of pocket. They installed the windows on a very cold day, saying they'd come back later. I called in May to schedule , and was told I wasn't telling the truth. They finally sent someone over. Bonus: Andersen took the entire 40k without providing a breakdown in labor and materials. "

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
