I had had a leak in the main valve to the house and the valve controlling the sprinkler system. I had paid another company the previous month $1700, so I knew it couldnâ t be that. Michale arrived on time and in less than a few minutes, he found the problem. Yes, Michael found the problem to be the main valve that had been repaired previously. The other company used the wrong sized piping and water was shooting everywhere. This was all underground and not visible. Michel explained to me the problem in laypersonâ s term. Provided a video and had the problem fixed right this time in about .5 hours. I can truthfully say I have a new plumber. Iâ d recommend this man and his company to anyone I cared about and anyone who wants an honest plumber and human being. Even with this shotty job by the other company Micheal left me with a renewed faith in humanity (till I watched the news)."

The next day was the install of my new tankless water heater. I had Billy and Natalie and a helper for this project and they were very professional, respectful and thoughtful in not getting my house dirty and damaged since they had to haul 2 water heaters down from the attic. It was an all day job and the crews did an awesome job from start to end. They cleaned up the taped papers and made sure everything was good to go before leaving. "Service Squad Plumbing, specifically Jakeob and Nathan are rockstars. This was a big job at a single-family home on a slab that needed the cast iron pipes replaced under the slab. From day one, Jakeob did a great job giving the initial assessment and explaining the options that were available for the circumstances. A few plumbing companies were contacted for estimates but Service Squad Plumbing, Jakeob, did the best job communicating what needed to be done. The great communication continued throughout the process while the work was being done. The job was completed within the estimated time frame that was initially given. Jakeob and Nathan kept it professional the whole time as they fought against the Texas weather. There were so many days of rain during this project, it was a constant battle against the rain entering the tunnels under the slab, the steamy sauna feeling of the air when the sun would come out and the swarm of mosquitoes that apparently also enjoyed the tunnels."
