"Elva was probably the most polite, understanding handyman I've ever dealt with. Im a single mom of 2 in college so when my AC went out, I had no idea how I would be able to have it fixed. He came out and gave me a way more than reasonable estimate for free, then was able to have my new AC put in within an hour or 2 (before my kids even got home from school. Now my family is enjoying the 73 degree temperature as compared to the 93 degrees my house had heated up to. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks again so much Mr.Chauvin!"

"Called this company at 6:30 am in the morning when I woke up realized my ac was not working. No one answered but someone called me back about ten minutes later. Asked what my issue was and told someone will be over with if the hour. They showed up quick. Had my ac running within a few minutes showed me the problem and cleaned the ac while they was fixing it. Price was very affordable I am so pleased with the two guys they sent out to fix it. Would recommend."

Not only was Black Knights the most economical option, but Brian talked with me through the process of what needed to be done and even other quotes that I got to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. The workers were very nice, the job was done very quickly, and the AC is blowing cold. Brian has great customer service and is great to work with. I will be using Black Knights again!"

"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"
