"The project went overall very well and the price was very good. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and the owner was extremely helpful in addressing several of our concerns. They did a great job grinding out the cracks, smoothing the uneven surfaces, re-pouring a section that had raised up that sat on the pool edge, and covering it all with CoolDeck. The technicians came right on time and worked all day long for 3 days. It looks like we have an entirely new, re-poured deck now. Our three complaints are that our neighbor saw that that the technicians poured some mix or something into the storm drain when we were out. That's a no-no. Previously they poured some into a catch-basin of ours which drained into our neighbors larger drain system. He told us and was not happy nor were we. I also wished that their grinding tool had some kind of vacuum system on it. Instead, we had huge clouds of dust around the house while they were grinding. The second complaint was that the color was lighter than we expected from what we saw in the sample. The third complaint is that my wife is seeing a hair line crack forming around the pool where the owner suggested we have a coping cut line made, but which the concrete workers rejected saying it would weaken the structure too much. Now we may need to have them come back and make the cut line after all... and a ton more dust."

"We hired Roswell Pool Service (Teo and Jose) after being recommended to them by family, and after meeting with a several other companies to get quotes and design ideas. From our first meeting, we felt that they were the only company that took time to listen to us and understand not only our vision, but how best to make it happen within our very sloped, highly complicated back yard. Within days, we had a professional design rendering that blew us away as compared to the mediocre ones from the bigger companies that took weeks to deliver and not nearly as professional (some were hand drawn and mailed to us). Additionally, we found their pricing to be significantly more reasonable compared to other companies. They sat down with us and using the software, we tweaked things together, which I appreciated because every detail mattered to them. With only one reference to go by, we decided to go with our gut feeling and contract with them because every interaction was so positive. They started the work on time by the day and worked tirelessly with their amazing team to get everything done on schedule if not a little before schedule. I cannot say enough great things about the team that came on site every day, led by Jose. They were extremely professional, honest, communicative, respectful, hard-working, and kind. The work they did was immaculate and high quality. We have several home projects going on, and every single contractor has commented on how great of a job they did. We have nothing negative to say about Roswell Pool Service, we continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors and cannot wait to work with them on the next phase of our backyard next year."

"I purchased an Angies big deal for $39.00 with $150.00 worh of electrical services. The $424.00 cost of service was after the deduction of the $15.000.The techs were pleasant and the work was well done well except that they did not check the outlets in the bathrooms prior to leaving and had to be called back as they did not work when my wife checked them. The breaker had not been turned back on.  I supplied the outlets and plates as well as covers for the outside ones. The tech called me and informed me that the covers I purchased for the outside did not meet code and he would have to purchase bubble covers or not do the outside.  I agreed to the purchase never realizing that what he was going to purchase was $48.00 per unit. I have since checked weatherproof NEC complience covers and found them with an average price of $15.00. This is the only complaint I have. I feel that I should have been told what they would cost even though I did not ask . I could have purchased them on my own and installed  the 2 outside outlets myself.
