"This pro did the job perfectly right. Exceeded expectations, he sacrificed his time coming after hours to install my new water heater. I am very pleased with his work and I highly recommend him."

"I used Greenlee to replace my water heater. They replied to my inquiry for service very quickly, even though it was after normal business hours. They were responsive and professional assisting me in determining the best solution for me. They arrived quickly and on time. Their work was fast and they did a great job of removing my old water heater and installing the new one. Everyone with whom I had contact was friendly and professional. They will be handling any future plumbing work that I have."

"After receiving an estimate for the repair work needed in my home, I chose to utilize a different provider to carry out the service for a lesser amount than Chen Plumbing quoted for the same repairs."

"This company stands behind their work I highly recommend them! We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a national brand; however, within 6 months the unit was totally out. We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! Thanks, Carl, for all your professionalism explaining everything you were doing every step of the way."

"The best service for plumbing I've ever had. Matt came to repair a sewer pipe as scheduled and did the job quickly and thoroughly. I also had a water heater installed and the same timely, good service again. Integrated has definitely become my plumbing company and I highly recommend them."

"This was a job that warranted a second opinion. I was upfront and told Pipe Dreamz that I would be seeking a second opinion. They had separated themselves from the competition at this point. They told me what the other company was going to quote me, left me a tool to turn the water off and on at the main, and gave me a schedule for open appointments. After I got the second opinion and was charged for a quote by the second company, I knew Pipe Dreamz was the company to stick with. Before it was all done, they replaced my main line, my neighbor #1 main water line, and helped neighbour #2 troubleshoot a leak that was the result of a worn flapper. I am sticking with this company for life. I could go on and on about how he was able to quickly diagnose my problem and identify the poor materials used in my neighbor's repair that took place 5 years ago. I can only recommend one plumbing company, and Pipe Dreamz is it."

"Repaired my main water line that was leaking between the meter and the house."

"Fast and friendly service!!! They fixed some old water pipes in our yard. Would recommend them to anyone. ?"

"We had all old galvanized pipe in the house and it was shedding the innards to the point where pipes were starting to be nearly plugged. We did the work in 2 stages from the street to the house then a month later all ins plumbing replaced with copper pipe. First thing noticed was how much more water pressure which was welcome. Both parts done in one day flat. The inside crew vacuumed and washed the floor when done. No dust or foot prints left behind. In today’s world you just don’t see quality work like this. Really happy with job done"

• We got back from vacation on a Saturday night and the air conditioner was not cooling. At 8:15 on Sunday morning we called Moncrief and an actual employee answered (I was expecting an answering service). They scheduled an appoint for that day. The repairmen arrived on time. One part had to be ordered from the manufacture; that happened first thing on Monday morning and before the end of the day on Monday the repairman was back with the part and an hour later the unit was running and cooling. The office personnel were polite and efficient and the repair man was very experienced and nice.

Prior to calling Moncrief we contacted one other company. An answering service took the call and when someone called us back we were told that the first available appointment was in 5 days. Needless to say, we were pleased with the quick response from Moncrief.
