"Mr Arnold showed up on time and very professional, gave me a free estimate, and then since i needed it asap, he went to home depot and purchased the heater, and all the supplies. He returned and removed the old  heater, and installed the new one and all accessories, this took him about 2 hrs to do. Mr Arnold was very kind and cleaned any mess he had made and took all the materials with him when he left. I had called him and he was very flexible with my work schedule and the emergency i was in as well. <br />"

"<p>I hired Mike with Copeland's Home Inspections and received excellent service.  Please make sure you call Mike even if you book appointment through website.  Time I requested was unavailable and by the time Mike would have been notified, the appointment time would have passed - creating the potential for scheduling conflicts.  I personally called and spoke to Mike ensuring I had the appointment I needed.  He inspected a home I am trying to purchase for me.  He was very professional and timely.  He had to return to the house more than once due to the home sellers schedule, but he made it work.  Mike explained many details of the inspection and the report was very thorough and understandable with many pictures.  He rated items in terms of items that needed immediate fixes, fixes down the line, areas to watch and simple for your information items.  I would highly recommend Mike if you really want the down and dirty facts of a home, which as a home purchaser we needed to make informed decisions.</p> <br />"

"Randolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!"

"Ken drew up plans for a new, bigger and better deck. He had to change the plans a couple of time because of the way to ground was or there was a problem with the house itself. If he wasn't happy with how it looked, he kept at it until it was perfect. If we didn't like how something was looking, it did not bother him at all to redo. He even took the time to explain and/or teach us why he was doing something. His helpers were fun to have around and worked hard while they were here and were very clean even for a construction site. Ken even took the time to address a couple of other problems we were having with the house and gave us tips and ideas on how to repair them. <br />"

"He was here on time finished the work in one day and was very pleasant to be around.  He replaced the fixtures and pipework that had rotted away in the tub and shower.  He was respectful of me and my children, did the work quickly and very well.  There were a few issues with the job that were unforseen at the start.  I had no idea that the pipes were rotting away!  He warned me beforehand about any issues and costs that could happen.  He also thoroughly went over the contract before signing.  Our shower has not had as good of pressure as it does now in years!  Thank you Ruhl and Son Construction and Excavation! <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Kennett, MO

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
