"I love my new kitchen! It's been a year and my kitchen still looks brand new. Kitchen Tune Up had great options for refacing the cabinets. I choose 2 different materials for my kitchen. I had the furr down and some of the walls done in a different color and texture material. The furr down is the area between the top of the cabinets and the ceiling. The whole job was really well done and exceeded my expectations. Excellent workmanship and outcome. I could have cooked during the refacing process if needed. I feel the price was reasonable. I was kept informed of when the worker would be there and he arrived on time when expected. The work was completed in a timely fashion. My old drawers were totally replaced with new ones. I love the pull out shelf options for my pantries and the soft close doors on the doors and drawers. The refacing material is easy to clean and maintain with water & a microfiber cloth. In my pictures note the faced shelving area and new door underneath in my dinning area. Two doors where changed to 2 large drawers - no more crawling into a bottom cabinet to get things out. If interested, Kitchen Tune Up had options for countertops, and undercabinet lighting. I highly recommend Kitchen Tune Up!"

"We needed a complete gut of the kitchen. We also put new flooring in the living room/dining room. Kip is very reasonable in all his pricing. Our project manager was Greg and his team was Mike, Scott and Mel.  I remember a conversation with Kip before hiring him where he told me about how it is not an easy process for him to hire a member of his crew.  He can't just hire anyone.  It's no wonder he gets good reviews  - if his other crews are like who we had.  They are very honest, completely trusted them in our home alone.  They are hard working - I was here with them for some of the days and I am not sure they even stopped for lunch. Mel stayed one evening until after 6:30 to finish grouting the kitchen floor.  My husband was impressed saying that shows she was not in a rush, she took her time and it shows because it came out great. Everything was going smooth and looking great until the peninsula was put in and I felt it was too far into the kitchen.  I had a meltdown over it and after Greg, Mike and Scott listening to me, they calmly told me they would figure it out.  So they moved it back more into the dining room and not only that, instead of drywall on the back of it, Greg put leftover wood pieces from the cabinet order and it looks fantastic. My husband cannot stop talking about it.   Scott has calmed me down over a few things.  I thought the microwave above the range was going to stick out too much and he assured me it would be ok, he was right, it looks great. He is very easy to talk to.  I drove him crazy with the placement of the handles on the cabinets.  He just joked about it.  We have had other major projects done and have never been completely satisfied.  This crew was very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.  We could not be happier with the kitchen and we will be calling Kip up again in a few years when we do our upstairs bathroom.

From the start, he was very professional and courteous - contacted me by phone to discuss the details of the project and provided an estimate. He showed up on time and got to work immediately. He completed the installation timely and perfectly. Even went the extra mile to further stain the cabinets where I missed - and also fixed and cleaned up the walls once he was finished with the installation. This was no easy job to start with, we had a galley kitchen and wanted to remove some load bearing walls to expand our kitchen and dining room. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained our options to us in regards to making this job possible. He was very helpful in the selection of cabinets that had the options, and colors we wanted. The Framing portion of the job took slightly longer than expected due to some existing structural issues but the entire project only ran a few days longer that expected which Brian did explain when the problem was initially found. I will say that they we excellent in communicating and keeping us informed of daily progress, which I thought was nice since I had never did a project of this size to my home before, its nice to know that they care enough make us feel at ease while this job was happening. There is so many components to a job like this, many of which never even crossed my mind when I considered this project. Brian spent the most time with us at our first meeting understanding our final goal and going over measurements and final outcome. He gave us the estimate two days later which was about middle of the road in comparison to other quotes we received, But I felt he had a clear understanding of everything we wanted and that proved completely true when you look at this beautiful new kitchen I have, the space that was created and the layout is perfect there is so much more space and the openness is unbelievable. Everything came out amazing from the flooring, The cabinets, The Granite, and all the little details, I am completely impressed and everyone that has seen my new kitchen can't believe that it was even possible to do what they did.
