"Dave called the night before to ask what repair was needed. He also said he would call the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived 5 minutes after calling the next morning. Because the doors were difficult to remove from the frame, Dave had to remove the entire frame and doors. He replaced all the roller wheels. The entire job took about 1/2 hour. The doors work perfectly now and I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely call DW Windows & Doors for not only my handyman repairs but whenever I need a door or window replacement."

They provided a color consultant and the painters provided valuable insight when the trim color we initially chose didn't quite look right when they started painting the trim, they took the time to let us know their thoughts and worked with us to get the perfect match. They also went above and beyond...When we lost power during one of the Summer storms, they offered to leave their generator and ample gasoline with us so we could at least keep our refrigerator running!
