"Kitchen tile was in good shape but the grout was missing and cracked in places. They came in and cleaned tile and grout. Removed cracked grout and re-grouted in places. Then entire kitchen grout was sealed in the color I picked. Looks great now!"

"We hired them to cut a 4”x25” piece of the kitchen titles to make space for our new dishwasher. They came on time, did a great job cutting the tiles out and cleaned up after the work was done. It was a perfect job."

"What a pleasure! I had been fighting with the stained grout for a long time, thinking I could get it clean and to a uniform color, and finally gave up and called a professional. I should have done it long ago.
Shawn was pleasant to have around, answered my questions, kept at it until all was truly one color, and clearly showed pride in his work.

"Removed old shower pan that was leaking and installed new one with tile. The tile looks great but they did a poor job of housekeeping at end of job and also didn't cover up tile holes when they re-installed our shower door. When I complained about this I was assured it was an easy fix and that they'd come back to cover 'next week', but that was in February and I haven't heard from them since. I guess they ran out of garbage bags and tried to fit all debris (~200 lbs) into 1 garbage bag that was then drug across my porch, yard, and driveway, scraping all up in the process. The garbage company wouldn't take since it was too heavy to lift, and I ended up needing to transfer to 4 contractor bags to make lift able. I was very happy with crew through the first few days but left on a bad note and also didn't get a professional follow-up when Ralph said he'd fix the holes."

"I’m Single male was in need of house cleaning service Kenia provided me with prompt professional service. She was on time I felt totally secure no need following her from room to room explained what I needed done and she delivered. Her and her team really paid attention to details."

"I had a pipe burst in the basement of our rental property, Flood Crew was referred by our realtor. They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. They did mold testing and made sure everything was safe, the best part was that they dealt with the insurance and we didn’t have to do anything."

"Very happy with quality of work. They left the area neat and clean."

"I finally just used them the other day actually. It was less than satisfactory. Patrick himself was very good but the few people he had working with him, I didn't know if one of them actually did any work while she was in the room. We were in a hurry because we had a graduation to go to and I needed to get ready, I realized they hadn't dusted upstairs and downstairs. Then the mirrors in all our bathrooms were all smeared. The rooms that Patrick cleaned were immaculate and when I asked him to correct something, he corrected it extremely well. I just didn't get to go over everything that the other people cleaned like the knickknacks and whatever that where on my daughter's dresser and stuff, they were still full of dust, kind of like a quick swipe like my kids could have done. Even when I asked him afterwards how much he would charge on a monthly basis, he said 130. That was definitely the worst crew we've had out there but Patrick was great. The worst overall job we've had done. They were professional enough."
