"Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

"For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. Very unsatisfied. I don't not recommend them. Are they racist?"

"Contractors broke my exhaust vent fan and toilet! There was no replacement given. Got tossed around from one person to another to get any answers. Vinyl flooring looks bad. Shower looks cheap. The price was too expensive for the lack of quality. Should have read the reviews. A disappointing experience. Do not recommend."
