"I contacted Fred by email first, as on his website, it says you can either call or email. But there was no response to my email for a couple of days, so I decided to call. Fred asked me to text him my address. He made an appointment to come to the house a couple of days later. He came on time, drilled a hole through the concrete block in the basement and installed a new faucet. He added a bleeder valve to the copper pipe and explained how I should bleed the pipe after turning off the inside valve before the cold winter months. Fred was pleasant and informative. "This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process.
