"I interviewed several concrete guys before I hired AQC. This company is very professional and did an outstanding job creating my backyard patio. I had other contractors tell me I could not get semi circular steps from the back door down to the patio. Rob, who came out to estimate the job, explained why it was no problem. Scott, the office manager, set up and managed the process very smoothly. Alex and his great team did a thorough and meticulous job from excavation to forms and pouring. I also had them repair our garage lips which look brand new. The amazing part is when AQC left , there was no evidence or damage to show they had even been there. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
