"I called Rescue Rooter to come out and clear out a blockage in my sewer line. Chad and Albert came out quickly and got to work. They also put a camera down into the sewer line and had me watch as they went through the line. I saw the various problems in our one hundred year old sewer line. They spent a good deal of time examining the sewer line and also identifying the spot where it becomes a shared line with our neighbor. They presented a number of options of how to repair the deteriorating sewer line along with the different prices for that work. Chad and Albert both explained the different options clearly to my wife and I. They were very friendly and professional."

"We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

He completed the job, including draining the old tank, installing a new shutoff valve and new water lines. He lit the heater and checked to be sure the system started with no leaks. He came on a Saturday, with no extra charge. Excellent job!"

"Jerry was very enjoyable and professional in replacing a bent lead toilet connection which had leaked at the toilet. He replaced the old lead connection to the cast iron sewer pipe with modern ABS pipe and installed a flange to attach the new toilet to when the floor is completed."
