"Service Professor replaced my sewer line between the house and septic tank. They did it by pulling the new pipe thru the old pipe horizontally without digging up the yard or driveway. They left no debris and completed the job in about 6 hours. The cost was exactly on estimate and that happened to be about half the previous estimates I got from other service providers. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Bob did a great job. Everything was nice and neat. Only small problem we had with him is the promise to be out to do the repair the following week, but heard nothing all week. We called him the following Monday and he explained that he had lost an employee and that he was very busy. Bob said he would be there on Friday in the afternoon. He did come late Friday afternoon and did the repair even continuing when it started raining. We are very pleased with Bob's Complete Construction."
