"Michiana Window World is extremely professional in every respect. <br /> I requested bids to replace my windows from three different contractors - two recommended by local people, and one from Anties List (Michiana Window World). Of the two locally recommended, one ignored me with promises to call back, but not doing so; a second came out (with sidearm), measured windows, but never returned with a quote.  The Window World rep came out with paperwork, measuring tools, and an example window. We saw the product and knew the estimated cost before he left. <br /> We paid 50% up front and scheduled an appointment. Window World later followed-up with us to be sure the date would still work. <br /> When they arrived on the scheduled date, the crew started at 10 AM and had completed their work by 3 PM. There was virtually no evidence that they had even been there. All debris and materials were cleaned up and taken away.  <br /> We have white aluminum siding on our house. Their white vinyl frames and trim worked very nicely.  <br /> The windows have a life-time guarantee and currently we are able to recover about $70/window as an energy savings rebate from the gas company. This was pointed out by the Window World Rep. <br /> Seriously - this company is a MUST when you are requesting a bid on your windows.  <br />"

"I went to Angie's List online and contacted a couple of people who had high ratings to give me a quote via phone for the specific fencing I was needing. Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. Professional, reasonably priced and perfectionists definitely sticking to their slogan of and quot;DONE RIGHT, DONE ONE TIME!and quot;! Thank you for making this project happen so successfully in such a short time and doing such a wonderful job. I appreciate your work ethic! "ROC was recommended to me by a friend & they did a complete tear-off & re-shingle of my home.  The previous shingles were defective but under warranty so ROC helped get me a sample to send to the manufacturer and also photographs as documentation prior to the tear-off & re-shingle.  The tear off and shingling was done promptly & professionally and all of the employees were extremely nice & professional (they are extremely hard workers & get the job done efficiently & are very conscientious).  ROC provides photographs/videos of any areas that need to be replaced (i.e. bad ox-board, face boards, boots, etc...) as well as the completed work (getting on the roof to inspect it personally isn't ideal for most homeowners).  His pricing was competitive & there weren't any unexpected expenses.  Cleanup was done at the end of each day & I would DEFINITELY use ROC again (I am getting another quote from him for another project). <br />"

"John, the owner of the business, came out himself to the city on a weekday evening for our estimate. In setting up the appointment, he was very responsive and punctual. John assessed our window situation quickly and, after discussing our needs and priorities, gave us several recommended ways to proceed. His explanation of each option is very detailed, clear, and allows you to assess both the pros and cons very easily. He clearly knows what he's talking about; he talked about our window job the way someone discusses their favorite hobby - with lots of enthusiasm and an eye for detail. There's no BS sales talk, no pushy attitude, and a 100% sense of integrity. We were given a rough estimate on the spot and John quickly followed up with an offer for a more detailed written bid. John broke down exactly what the costs would be for each component. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the job because we did decided to prioritize spending our money on other areas. John understood and provided a friendly response even after we told him we were putting off the job for now. If or when we refocus on window replacements, we won't be calling anyone else. "We had a storm damage about 6 years ago. They did the roof there for us. We had looked up online and nobody even came close, they were like $1000 cheaper. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, very explanatory, answered all my questions and knew what he was talking about. I know a little bit more than most people do as far as things like that go because of the type of upbringing I had. I grew up on a farm so we did a lot of the work ourselves. He really knew what he was talking about. He checked all the pipes in every room. The only one he didn't check was a bathroom that we don't really use as a bathroom, it is more or less a storage right now. He just couldn't get to those and that was our fault not his. He did a really good job of explaining everything. I was very impressed with him. He was on time. That was the nice thing.  He called and said he will be there by ten, by 10:05, he was there.  It was free because we joined their club. They have a free club that you can join, the  Ben Franklin Club and they give a yearly inspection of the roofing. If anything is wrong they give a free estimate. So it is worth it because it doesn't cost you anything and they come out and check to make sure everything is working fine."
