"AirTemp Solutions called me right away on Friday after making initial request on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for Monday. On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"

"I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement. All the work was great! Prices are very fair !!"

"Mike, the sales manager at Rightway Waterproofing was very professional with a non-pressure, full free estimate in my grandparents home that I now own. He was on time, and spent about an hour going over all the options I had to waterproof the basement. I told him I planned on getting work done in the basement within the next three months, and he was completely understanding, and did not try to use sales pressure tactics whatsoever. 
I did a heavy amount of research looking around for a waterproofing company. I also had a lot of questions, and Mike was very prompt in responding to emails, took all my phone calls, and also allowed me to tour the facility - he showed me the company vehicles, where they keep the supplies, how the work day looks when everyone leaves the shop, and what to expect when they arrive to work on the property. He took his time, did not rush me out the door. He kept his word about the date and time I scheduled with him to see the facility, and made sure he was able to spend all the time needed to answer all my questions. 
Though this was such a difficult decision, I rarely give reviews to companies I do not use. I had to give Rightway a good review because I really did have a great experience of not being pressured. Time will tell if I regret this decision to not go with Rightway, but in all honesty - IF you want to deal with a FANTASTIC sales manager who will go over EVERY option you have to waterproof your basement, AND.. who will NOT pressure you into making a deal or else the price will go up - THIS company would be a GREAT choice. 
I will not go into great detail of why I chose elsewhere because it honestly has NOTHING to do with this company or the tour or anything I've experienced. Mike was very patient, respectable and knows his stuff. The company to me seems like an excellent company to hire. Thank you.

"Howard is the real deal.  He has an old-school mentality which brings a top-notch work ethic and respect to the customer.  He is prompt and does a great job for a fair price.  When he first came out to provide an estimate for the work, I mentioned a window that was not shutting properly.  He fixed it right on the spot at no charge.  He knew exactly what the issue was and it took him two seconds.  I don't know too many contractors that would have done that without including an incremental fee in their bill.  Also, Jackie, who sets up the appointments, is terrific.  She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and provides great communication through the whole process.  She even contacted me the day the work was scheduled to be done to let me know Howard was on his way.  I have already started another list of items that will need attention and Howard will be my go-to in getting the work done. Highly recommend!

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
