"Paul called me back the very same day I sent an e-mail. They were out to my location the very next day to take measurements. The communication was excellent. Everything had to be replaced to meet the current requirements of the homeowner's association where I live (specific light fixture models/colors only, shed door must now be metal instead of wood, only certain types/colors of storm doors approved, etc.) and I gave them the HOA guide with pictures of approved items and they went from that and shopped for the best materials, calling me with price options as they found things that would work. Jim came out and did the actual installation, did a beautiful job with everything and matched everything exactly to the requirements I gave them.
