"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. he made them look brand new. He took out the storms and screens and cleaned
the windows in and out. Jonathan also replaced the broken roller shades for us.

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"First of all, Kevin was quick to respond the same day and arrived and showed up at my place the next day as promised. I asked him to mount a hanging chair. It was a bit unusual chair and he quickly understood what I wanted and I was glad that he came with the right accessories. He also understood my penchant for aesthetics and offered to coat the hook and the swivel pin in black. He did the job neat and was careful not to messup my carpet.
I liked his work and asked him to fix my wallshelf which he did promptly did.
