"I just went through a kitchen remodel with Billy Shapiro and his team at SBS of South Florida Inc. My 83 year old mother has lived in her condo for over 15 years and always wanted to get it remodeled as it was the original kitchen from when the unit was built in the early 1970s - formica and a cumbersome dropped plexiglass ceiling that was just plain old ugly. Three weeks later, she has a beautiful kitchen that she has always dreamed of that looks like it costs way beyond modest budget. Billy kept us informed daily, his workers showed up when they were supposed to show up and just as important to me they were so extremely nice and respectful to my 83 year old mother. This was a big deal purchase and it worked out fine. I think they are very expensive. I can have a housekeeper that will come and do the laundry and iron for $75 for the same amount of time they charged so I think their pricing is out of the limit. She came right on time. The cleaner was very professional. They could be better about returning phone calls, that would be helpful. I really think they should look at their pricing.
