When they took the old furance out, he showed me where the cracks were and how dangerous it would have been this winter. The crack was right by the flame and could've easily ignited. They also installed my water tank as well when it burst on Thanksgiving Day as well as my air conditioner a few years ago. The office staff is fantastic.
