"They inspected the exterior faucet, and told me they could either replace it for one price and fix it permanently, or replace a washer and fix it for a couple of years. They quoted me the price for the replacement, and I chose the washer only fix. They didn’t charge me for that, since they couldn’t guarantee it would stay fixed permanently. They did some troubleshooting about the flow volume problem, and determined that there is an obstruction in the line between our water meter and our house, probably thanks to a previous owner’s overconfidence in his own DIY skills. I asked them to quote a price to fix it, and they said the best thing to do would be to run a new line from the meter to the house and completely bypass the old one. I have complete confidence that they would have gotten it fixed, but it was expensive and we’re expecting a kiddo any day now, so I decided to postpone that expense. I’d already paid for the service call through Angie’s List, so when they finished, they shook my hand and said thanks for your business, good luck with the baby, and call us again. I definitely will, if I ever need a plumber."

"Within days of contacting Raam with RDA Remodeling in Tulsa, OK, regarding extensive remodeling of our guest and master bathrooms, we received a detailed estimate based on our statement of work and physical walk through. The work estimate and detail was accurate and Raam quickly turned around requested changes. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates we received. The walk through was thorough and Raam provided many design and repair suggestions that we had not thought of. Raam has a high level of knowledge in bathroom design and remodeling. Within a week the RDA Remodeling team started the demolition. The team tarps all adjoining areas and furniture and covers the major pathways with wide, heavyweight paper. They are very tidy with the work and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the day. The demolition work was completed as scheduled and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away as expected. The RDA team was on time everyday and worked a full day. The RDA project manager and foreman were knowledgeable on work sequencing and efficiently and effectively lead their team to perform quality work.
