"Tony Flowers from Cold Air Mechanical is a reliable A/C specialist/technician, who replaced/repaired my home A/C system which had a defect coil that leaked freon and a near burn-out compressor under the extreme hot summer, August 2025. Tony managed to have both the defect coil and the compressor replaced by the manufactory under the warranty – it saved me a lot of money. In addition, Tony had followed up the A/C supplier store to have the cost of new coil refunded to me as under warranty. Tony conducted phone calls with the supplier store in Austin, which drove him to the supplier’s corporation finance department to get the refund completed. I strongly recommend Tony Flowers from Cold Air Mechanical to anyone who needs A/C service. Thuy Nguyen Pflugerville, Texas"

"They sowed me camera images of broken pipe, and stood by to talk to city for their side of the problem. Today, Sunday, they â  re coming to make an estimate for my side of repair outside. Prompt and professional."

"Had a back-up sewer line or lines called 3C Mechanical Technologies for help. We used them in the past and trusted them to find the problem and fix it. Which Rick Ellis did he cleared the main line, and a branch line took considerable effort, and time but he got the job done. Was very polite and keep me appraised of what was going on, and what needed to be done. Also even cleaned up the work area when he finished. Costs for labor, and work were fair."

"Not only was I able to get a free estimate, but he was able to come same day. He was very knowledgeable about the work I needed and was also VERY VERY affordable. If your looking for an affordable AC repair company, with professionalism, great communication skills, and awesome customer service. Give this company a shot, you won't be let down!!!"

"The tech was very knowledgeable and skillful. He had to install the new blower fan into the existing fan housing, but he took the existing blower assembly (fan, motor, electrical, and housing) out to his truck in inclement weather to do the work. I offered up my garage, but he said that he would be fine out in his truck. From start to finish it could not have been more than 40 minutes. The blower unit runs and sounds like a brand-new install. Very quiet. Prior to the repair the blower sounded like a freight train passing through the house. Very happy and the cost was reasonable."

"Justin arrived at the scheduled time and demonstrated great customer service skills. He was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, seasoned and trained. He identified the problem, explained his plan of repair, and completed the repaired on my a/c. He then took the time to explain the repair step-by-step. This was superb HVAC service!"

"Matt came to my house the same day that I called and was very prompt. He fixed my AC unit right away and showed me the faulty parts. I am very pleased with him and his service."

"It's that time of the year! They are local (Kempner), like and follow their page. Native Heating and Air LLC truly impressed me with their exceptional service from start to finish. Melanie and her team provided flawless installation, competitive pricing, and a comprehensive maintenance plan. Despite receiving multiple estimates, Native stood out and won the bid with their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. Most importantly, there were no annoying sales pushes, which was a refreshing change and a big reason why I switched my former HVAC provider. Special thanks to James from the City of Copperas Cove - Municipal Government building inspector for his professionalism. Additionally, I must commend Josh, the owner of Native, for his act of kindness and honesty. He went above and beyond by pointing out a minor cosmetic defect in the unit that I hadn't noticed during inspection. He chose to do the right thing, which resulted in him replacing it with an intact unit from the distributor located out of town to ensure my satisfaction - all done the same day! For all your HVAC needs, choose Native Heating and Air! You will not be disappointed! Call them for any maintenance, repairs, replacements or new installations. I'm very happy!"
