Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. More importantly, he understood my expectations. These windows needed special attention. There was a level of detail required that not any expert would be able to handle. Grady took the time to learn their needs and stayed on the job until it was to my satisfaction. He even reworked an entire window just because I didn't like the way that it looked. Grady truly showed expertise with his ability to work on such a delicate job and even taught me a few things about historic window repair. He replaced broken antique glass with one just as aged and just as historic. If a window had to be completely rebuilt beyond his solid estimate, he did it without any complications to my budget. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "Great! We had windows and door installed few weeks prior. However, when we went to use our screen door the other day, we noticed it was jammed and hard to move when we tried it. We weren't sure if our dog or child caused that, however, and we called them to come check it out. Josh came over and fixed it great. Turns out, some tension screw things at the top of the screen door were not originally set correctly (but the bottom ones were), and it is something that is easy for even experienced install techs to overlook. Total time from getting here to fixing was about 10 minutes. We also appreciate them for coming out during social distancing times, as, in my opinion, screen doors are not essential services. Thanks,"
