"Very impressed with the entire process from getting quotes (no hard sales pitch, just a simple order form where you select exactly what you want with clear, up front prices), to measurements, install, and follow-up. All A's other than quality of product as a B because nearly every window was installed with black marks and vinyl sediment from the factory, as well as one window that had a large crack in the sash frame (they did replace it as soon as it was available from the factory). We had to spend a couple hours going around with a magic eraser and cleaning rags to scrub all the black scuff marks and sediment off the windows after the install. I would have hoped the installers would clean them after installing them. The window quality is certainly not a "premium" window, but they are very functional solid, and very well priced. They are also up front about these being a great value vs paying exorbitant amounts for some fancier features and finishes from other companies. Company representatives were very responsive to all of our questions from beginning to end, so A+ on that. Can't beat the price for the grade of windows and service experience. We received multiple quotes and have replaced windows at other properties, and wish we had known about this company before! We replaced 30+ year old Anderson double pain wood frame windows and the improvement in insulation both thermal and sound is incredible. Gone are the drafty windows and it is much quieter inside the house now as well. We were very impressed that they removed a series of smaller windows in our kitchen and replaced it with a single larger picture window for no additional charge above the cost of a normal picture window. It really improved the look and feel of our kitchen, not to mention a much better view of our yard (See attached pictures). The best part is we had a friend visit who had just replaced all the windows in their house with one of the "premium" window companies, they immediately noticed the new windows and were very impressed with how ours looked compared to theirs. They nearly cried when we told them how much we paid compared to what they paid. They wished they had gone the way we did instead of with the other guys."

"Billy Mock did a super job of replacing 28 existing windows with wood Jeld-Wen windows that I purchased from Home Depot.  Billy and his carpenters were responsive to our concerns about minimizing the need to touch up or otherwise repair interior wood trim, and suggested adding banding to the trim to cover marks from the existing trim given that the new windows were a touch narrower than the existing windows.  I prepped and painted (exterior) and stained (interior) the windows myself, and Billy gave me tips on how best to do it, given that they normally perform that service.  Very helpful.  Billy and his crew always showed up when they said they would, and worked so late one day to complete the job that I set up floodlights so we could see.  Billy was a pleasure to work with. <br />"

"Top Notch salesman and crew, willing to go the extra mile. <br /> 2 custom 8 foot sliders were installed 12 months apart and both experiences were great.  We happened to find a used Pella door for another room from a homeowner who was remodeling and asked Pella to install it at the same time the second door was installed.  They did and with the same quality they did the new doors.  Additionally, when blind parts for the used door were broken in transport, Pella was able to locate the original owner info to obtain parts # <br /> 's and transferred the information to my profile. <br /> When we replace window, Pella will definitely get my business. <br />"

"Project went very well. Steve was incredibly responsive to messages and e-mails. Since the work was being done at a rental property coordination of site visits are always a little harder then normal but Steve handled it very well and was professional all of the time. Steve showed up when he said he would (for both the estimate visit and ultimately when he did the repair work to the kitchen cabinets and installed the new ventilation hood). "Appointment made with Jim for an estimate. Jim was very helpful and provided details on what I currently had and helped me when selecting replacements. I did receive other quotes and in order to keep it fair I asked Jim to make adjustments to the original quote. There pricing beat out other competitors in the area. Apple Door systems Rvalue for the replacement door was better. Jim also answered my questions regarding chain vs belt door openers which was very helpful. Their installer Miles arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. The door looks great, works great and no more cool air coming in the house through the garage."
