"Love it! There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "They did a good job.  He was great.  They did a really spectacular job.  We put on a new addition and it's really tricky to get the garage door.  They had to custom fit it and they made it work great.  I'd give them straight A's.  They had very competitive pricing. "

"The project has taken more time than anticipated due to material and subcontractor availability. The framing work was outstanding. Wall board work was also outstanding. Electrical work was very good, but the location of a bathroom fixture and chair lift power plug had to be moved because they were too low. The tile work in the bathroom (shower and floor), computer room (floor), entrance (floor) was outstanding, but I'd rather call it amazing. The plumbing work was very good, but parts availability delayed completion. Finishing work done by MJL was outstanding!!! Anthony is a master at detail. The rigor of MJL inspection of work by the subcontractors was very thorough and when issues were identified were recorded and worked off. Communication and follow up is a big deal for home improvement projects in this challenging environment of material, parts, and workforce shortages. MJL excelled in communication. We rated punctuality as good but would have rated them very good if there was an option. We highly recommend them. We have since booked two additional projects with MJL, a screened in porch and a garage redo. They start in late July. We expect both projects to go very well."
