"The main house re-roofing went fine. The carport/storage shed flat roof, not so good. The initial project, remove old roof, bad plywood and wood joists, replace with 30lb paper and 5v metal, well. After the first rain, leaks were discovered. The contractor came back and replaced the 30lb felt with ice and snow shield and re-screwed down the metal. A couple of good rains and the roof still leaks. Not a big leak, but little leaks turn into big ones and then major repair.
I have tried to get them to come back out to repair the very minor leak for at least 6 weeks now, and all I have gotten from them is lip/text service. It will take me more time to write this negative review about their poor customer service
 then it will to make the repair!!! By the way,  the roof repair is only about 3-4 months old.

"Kyle and his team did an amazing job! Within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry, I was talking to Kyle on a Saturday night. When he came to provide an estimate he actually got up on the roof and gave me a quote on the spot. I appreciated that because he took the time to check it out so we both knew what we were getting in to... no surprises or at least a reduced risk of them. They ran into a few rainy days and some obstacles, but kept us in the loop. They didn’t just treat us as a paying customer yet you can tell they truly cared about our family and doing their best work to protect our home. They checked with us before arriving early in the morning, taking into consideration that we had 3 toddlers. They showed up ready to work and cleaned up as they went. "The initial meeting went fine, the man who came out seemed very knowledgeable.  Once they began the work, they finished in a timely manner, although I did notice they hit concrete in one of the locations they were trying to dig.  When I came home after they were done (I had left the final check with my daughter to take care of - mistake), I noticed the 'repairs' to the bricks were extremely sloppy:  completely different color mortar, etc.  There was a lot going on at the moment so I did not contact them right away, and then I procrastinated further since some time had already gone by and this was cosmetic, but when I finally did contact them, I was told their brick person had been fired and they would fix the problem, and he would call back the next day.  He did not call, so I sent pictures a few days later and my husband called a month or two later, but they never contacted us.  Later I found out that they had not submitted the final inspection report to the county by the deadline so things could be properly closed out, but since I did have a copy, I was able to send that in.  By the way, the 'inspection' was based on a review of the 'drive logs.'  Now I have had additional cracks/sticking doors inside and I think there may be a new crack outside (I have not compared yet with my pictures taken earlier to verify it is new.)  I have not yet contacted them about this problem to see if they will respond.

"After contacting them they gave me an estimate of the work, they showed me what was wrong and told me whatthey were going to do to correct the issue. It took less than a day to fix the crack we had by correcting the structral issue and pretty much had everything back to normal by the end of the day.

"Todd and Patrick came out to measure and quote cutting an opening between my kitchen and computer room, as big as it could be, to marry both rooms. Although this was a load bearing wall, they were happy to work with me to make to happen.  It took about two and a half days. They were really nice guys, kept me informed and cleaned up after they finished. When I told them about putting a granite counter on top of the pass through, Patrick mentioned a granite place he worked for, which I ended up using instead of the one I had a quote from. It worked out great because Todd and Patrick did that installation as well. And, it was almost half the price. I would use them again for any project."
