"I scheduled Cole Electric to install our new ceiling fan at 8am on a Friday morning. The electrician called the night before to ask if we could start an hour earlier, at 7am, due to a schedule conflict. I agreed. The next morning, the electrician and his helper showed up promptly at 7am. They brought in their equipment and a very long ladder due to the height of our ceiling. They were very careful with the ladder not to bump any walls or furniture. The electrician, who has been to our house before, was pleasant and courteous. He asked a couple of questions about how we wanted the fan lighting to work in order to do the appropriate wiring. Within the next few minutes they had removed the old ceiling fan. They then spend the next 2 hours or so efficiently installing the new wall control panel and fan, as well as cleaning up. They also took away our old ceiling fan so we didn't need to dispose of it. We are very happy with our new ceiling fan and how it operates. We were very happy again with the work that Cole Electric did for us."

Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
