"After several ridiculous estimates from other roofers, we decided on United Roofing Systems. Thomas was such an inspiration compared to all the others. He presented a full description of the materials to be used and all the details of how the job would be done. The crew showed up half an hour early, moved our patio furniture out of the way to protect it, and then went to work. They all worked in sync, all constantly moving, polite and well mannered. Such a great team. Our roof was done that same day and all the debris was completely cleared away before they left. Also, our new Owen's Corning roof is beautiful and we even have solar powered roof vent fans. We are confident that we made the right choice. What a great company!!"

"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"This repair was not easy to diagnose but Shawn who was sent out did not give up found the problem and fixed it. The leak was several years after the roof was installed and the leak was small. Turns out the water was leaking between the shingle and the plywood so not visible from the attic . Great company and response to my problem . Thank you tony and Shawn."

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

However, Ty was very responsive and got us scheduled right away and finished the job in a couple of days. Work looks good.
