"Quick, complete and expensive to replace a 20 year old electric water heater."

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Plumber arrived on time, we went over possible replacement faucets and he went back to shop to get the model I wanted.  He came back within an hour or so and installed the new faucet.  Unfortunately, he didn't have a length of 3/4" hose with which to flush our the hot water line which is partially clogged with rust, etc., so he was unable to perform that part of the requested service and I still have low hot water pressure in the kitchen.

"Tim Larson Plumbing replaced the boiler for our hydronic heating, snow melt and domestic hot water system in Lahontan. From start to finish, their work was totally professional, thorough and timely. The Tim Larson crew was friendly and courteous and replaced several plumbing fixtures that were faulty and they improved the functionality of the system. Their cost came in within budget even with the additional plumbing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great job, great service, great price!"

"Absolutely the best plumber we have ever hired!! Sean is very knowledgeable and will work with you to make what you want happen. He also installed an Earthquake valve for us and I have also hired him for a bathroom remodel including a jet tub install. We are super excited and very happy with his work!! His prices are reasonable and he has a great sense of humor too! ð"

"He was very friendly confirming that we needed a new pump for the cooler. Came prepared with all the necessary equipment, quickly installed a new pump and was done."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
