They cleaned up each night and took away all materials from the job. No nails or stray lumber in the yard and not other refuse to remove. "We've had issues with our garage entry door for some time.  It wouldn't latch properly and the deadbolt lock would not engage.  It has been a problem for some time and I assumed we just needed a new door, frame and all.  James had put in a new front entry door for us earlier this year and done a great job, so I immediately thought of him.  I called him, told him what was going on and told him what I thought.  He came prepared to give me an estimate for a complete replacement.  Instead, he looked it over and spent about 15-20 minutes adjusting the strike pad and several other things.  The door works perfectly now!  He was only going to charge me his gas money.  I would recommend James to anyone out there who needs door or window work.  He replaced a problem kitchen window for us several months ago when he put in the new front entry door and did a great job on that.  In fact, we're considering replacing all of our windows and the only call I'll make is to J&M Custom Construction.
