"Installation went pretty well. Had to call them back out after the first rain, the gutter in the back of the house needed better securing. They responded the same day. Just went through the first snow, the gutter in the back which has gutter guard, the snow seems to melt and freeze on the top of the guard thus causing a icy dripline on my deck. This is not ideal."

Introduced himself, was very personable. He explained everything in detail and went right to work. There was no mess he cleaned up everything. The only thing left was beautiful gutters. I think we ended up talking to 6 different company representatives starting from the sales person to the final installation contractor. The installation contractor, Chris, installed large gutter runs by himself and cleaned up after himself. He asked questions during installation to confirm he was doing everything correct. I though this was good. Improvement suggestion would be to strengthen communications between sales, delivery and implementation team members regarding the scope of work."
