Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

"I called Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning to give me a second opinion on a cracked heat exchanger reported to me by a tech from Schneller/Knochelman. Cameron came out and thoroughly checked out the unit and informed me it was fine. CO levels normal. Not the 600+ ppm reported to me by the other tech. Even better than finding out I didn't need a new furnace or expensive repair there was NO CHARGE for a second opinion! Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning get my business going forward. "I needed an entire new house system with all duct work installed and lines and power. I had window units for air and baseboard for heat. Greg's team was great to work with. Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. "From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."

"Easy scheduling via the website. I was able to select the type of service needed and then was shown a list of times available (a 3 hour window).
Robert called about 20 minutes before he showed up to verify what needed to be done and when he would arrive. I quickly talked him through the issue and said there was a chance he might need to leave to get another part once he checked the line. I appreciated that he let me know up front what the process would be.
Once he was here, he was very professional and fixed the problem area in a short amount of time.

"The furnace in my mother's home was not putting out much heat.  The home consists of an 88 year old, 33 year old and a 5 year old. 
The temperature kept getting colder and colder (56 when they woke today).  I take care of the household finances for my mother, and had my niece call for service.  Kirk came this evening, found the problem and got it fixed.  He found the gas pipe blocked for some rust.  If he was unscrupulous, she could have soaked us for a new ignitor since that is what we assumed the problem was.  Instead, he only charged us for a one-hour service call even though he was there longer.  He was nice, courteous, and I would recommend him to anyone (and will).
