"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Eric showed up for the estimate on time and called back a few days later to check in. Eric and his crew replaced my central air today. They showed up on time and got right to work. The install went quick and it looks professional and neat. Will recommend him to anyone needs HVAC."

"My goodness, where do I start. Competence squared. Friendly exacting service. I felt as if I’ve known JB forever. My house is so much better for having his service. We are now enjoying our brand new TOSOT 24000 mini split. This company is my go to for service always."

"The company communicated clearly throughout the day about when they would arrive. The service man, Mike, was very nice and even made my dog fall in love with him! He did everything that he could to help fix our problem as it was not an easy fix. This whole experience has been a good one! Thank you Home Advisor, Surefire and Mike!"

"Joe and his crew were very professional and my central air conditioner was priced at a very reasonable rate. The job was done on time . I would not hesitate to recommend Massair. Thanks Joe"

"I contacted Chris on Saturday evening when my central air stopped working. He came to my house on Sunday, which many service people wouldn't do. He was prompt, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I would feel confident recommending him, and would certainly contact him again if I had any HVAC problem. It's great to find a local self-employed service person who you can rely on."
