"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

I had been trying to find someone to repair my Rinnai gas wall furnace for months. I called several services and did not get even one call back. I found the number of Moulton Mechanical Services and called. Jared answered right away and came out to do the work on a Sunday! He fixed the furnace quickly and offered to clean my mini-split AC system. He is very knowledgeable and educated me on the things I should and shouldn t be doing with my system. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer.
