"They arrived the day before the planned time. They had the appropriate equipment and skills to do the job quickly and accurately. They found no blockage or tree roots in the existing system. They recommended changes to the system, which they said was undersized. They proposed increasing the drain system from 4" corrugated to 6" PVC. That would involve either cutting the sidewalk or tunneling under it as well as cutting many irrigation water lines, relocating an irrigation valve cluster, and also cutting landscape lighting wires. We have decided NOT to proceed with that follow-on project and instead replace the damaged portions of the existing system using 4" PVC."

I found Charlie on Angie's list and saw his ad in the Angie's List magazine.  His address was in Blaine which is about an hour away so I found another Angie's list provider in my area.  When I explained my location and the details about the septic tank, the provider said that Charlie was better suited to handle my job so I called Charlie.

He worked with my schedule to find a time to best suit both of us.  He gave me a time window for the job. Since my job is about a fifty minute drive from home, Charlie gave me a call about an hour before he was to arrive.  This was very helpful.

When I arrived at home, Charlie was on the job and the pumping was underway.   The job was finished in less than an hour.
